Nat’l Quran, Etrat Festival of Universities Slated for Late November
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The 32nd edition of Iran’s national Quran and Etrat Festival of university students and the first national Quran and Etrat festival of university professors will conclude on November 27.
The country’s Ministry of Health and Medical Education will host the closing ceremony, in which 120 students and 43 lecturers will be honored in different categories.
The categories include Quranic teachings, arts, literature and research, according to the organizers.
More than 1000 students and lecturers, including 458 women, have taken part in the festival this year.
The national Quran and Etrat Festival of university students is annually held in the country with the aim of promoting Quranic activities among students.
The festival for university professors has been organized for the first time this year.
